How can I get a quote?

What will happen during my consultation?

We will organise a time for one of our stylists to meet you at your home. At this time they will ask a variety of questions to understand your style and budget while looking at the layout of the house. This allows for us to grasp the amount the furniture and decor needed to achieve the desired finishing results.

Once the consultation is complete our stylist will return to the office and your quote will be drawn up. You will receive your full quote within 24 hours after the consultation.

How long is the staging hire period?

Styled by Mc&Co's standard hire period is 4 weeks.

If you require your staging to remain for longer than the standard hire period; we have extensions available upon request.

What if I need the staging to stay longer than 4 weeks?

We offer an option to extend your staging if required. Contact our office to find out more about this option.

Question 5

Can I pick the furniture myself?

Accepted Answer

Unfortunately not. Our styled by Mc&Co stylists carefully select a range of specific furniture and decor to ensure that the house is cohesive throughout.

If you have any ideas or concerns, please feel free to discuss them with our stylist during your consultation or during the process leading up to install.

What happens during install?

Our team will arrive and start unpacking the truck full of furniture, artwork and décor. Over a few hours our team will arrange, dress and 'fluff' your home to turn it into a masterpiece.

Do I have to be there for install?

Accepted Answer

No, you don't.

All we need is someone to allow us access into your property and we will handle it from there. You can go enjoy your day while we transform your home; that way you will be dazzled by the transformation.

However, if you would like to hang around you are more than welcome too. Our team always loves some company and a good chat.

Should I get my house cleaned BEFORE or AFTER staging?

BEFORE!

Staging is always the last thing to happen before photography. Therefore, any cleaning or repairs should be completed before our team comes in to stage your property.

Don't worry ... our team will leave your home in the same clean state we found it.

Can I use some of my own furniture?

Accepted Answer

100%! This is what we call Integrated or Partial Styling.

If this is something you are interested in, our stylist will evaluate your existing furniture during your consultation and assess what will be suitable for the style of your home. On occasions we can use your furniture as a base and build a theme around it; this will help maximise the pool of potential buyers.

Does Styled by Mc&Co cover insurance?

Styled by Mc&Co does not offer insurance on hire items. We recommend you have contents insurance for the duration of the hire period.

What if damages happen during the hire period?

Please let us know as soon as possible. We understand that accidents happen and we will assess the damage and go from there.

What if damages happen to my property during installation or removal?

Accepted Answer

Our team take the utmost care when we are staging a home; however, accidents can happen. If you notice any damages post installation or removal, please contact us within 24 hours. We will assess the damage and work with you to find a resolution.
